Responsibility
- Oversee daily hub operations, including sorting, dispatching, and receiving shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with delivery partners, drivers, and warehouse staff to optimize route efficiency and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking of parcels using internal logistics systems.
- Conduct regular audits of hub processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Handle customer inquiries and escalations related to delivery status, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards in all hub activities.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members to uphold operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with logistics management software is a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail and process improvement.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Knowledge of local geography and transportation networks in Negros Oriental is an advantage.
