Responsibility
- Conduct thorough inspections and testing of transformer components and finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications.
- Document and report quality issues, non-conformities, and deviations, and work with production teams to implement corrective actions.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of quality control procedures, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform root cause analysis for quality-related issues and propose effective solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve product design, manufacturing processes, and quality assurance methodologies.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, preparing reports for management review.
- Participate in internal and external audits to ensure adherence to ISO and other relevant quality management systems.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean or Six Sigma, to enhance overall product quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of quality control principles, inspection techniques, and testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
