Responsibility

  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals for guests, crew, and staff, ensuring high standards of taste, presentation, and nutrition.
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure adequate stock of ingredients.
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper storage and handling of food items.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan menus and accommodate special dietary requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, including equipment and utensils.
  • Assist in training and supervising junior kitchen staff as needed.

Qualifications
