Responsibility
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food preparation areas are clean, organized, and comply with hygiene and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain efficient workflow and timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor food inventory and assist in stock management to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
- Adhere to portion control guidelines to maintain consistency in dish presentation and quality.
- Assist in menu development and contribute creative ideas for special dishes or promotions.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional service by maintaining a positive and professional attitude in a team-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Cook or similar role in a hospitality or restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment, and safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple orders during busy periods.
