Responsibility

- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Follow portion control guidelines to minimize waste and control costs.
- Adapt recipes and menus based on seasonal ingredients and guest preferences.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff to uphold quality and consistency.
- Participate in regular menu planning and development sessions with the culinary team.
Qualifications
