Responsibility
- Operate and maintain company vehicles in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to identify and report any mechanical issues or damages.
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for deliveries, considering traffic, weather, and road conditions to ensure timely arrivals.
- Load, unload, and secure goods in the vehicle, ensuring they are transported safely and without damage.
- Deliver goods to clients and customers in a professional and courteous manner, representing the company with integrity.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including receipts, logs, and any incidents or delays encountered during transit.
- Communicate effectively with the logistics team to coordinate schedules, report delays, and provide updates on delivery status.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, vehicle maintenance schedules, and customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Valid professional driver’s license (SIM A or SIM B1) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably in logistics, delivery, or transportation.
- Familiarity with Bali’s roads, traffic patterns, and local regulations.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy objects when necessary.
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and a strong commitment to safety and customer service.
