Responsibility
- Provide safe and timely transportation for company executives and designated personnel.
- Maintain the company vehicle in excellent condition, ensuring regular servicing and cleanliness.
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure punctuality and fuel efficiency.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, prioritizing safety at all times.
- Assist with light administrative tasks, such as logging mileage and expenses.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience for passengers.
- Report any vehicle issues or incidents promptly to the appropriate department.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably as a company or executive driver.
- Excellent knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns in Bali.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to handle minor vehicle issues.
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including occasional evenings or weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in defensive driving are a plus.
