Responsibility
- Manage and prioritize complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements (domestic and international).
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and documents with meticulous attention to detail.
- Coordinate logistics for events, workshops, and corporate gatherings, ensuring flawless execution.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and partners to facilitate smooth business operations.
- Anticipate needs and proactively address challenges to enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Discretion and trustworthiness when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems efficiently.
- Experience in the education sector or international organizations is advantageous.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
