Responsibility
- Process and manage daily customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate between customers, logistics teams, and suppliers to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Assist in invoicing, billing, and financial documentation to support accounting processes.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain organized records of transactions, communications, and order details.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service workflows and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to prevent stock shortages.
- Prepare reports on order status, customer feedback, and operational metrics.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, administration, or order management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with the food manufacturing or FMCG industry is a plus.
- Willingness to work in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
