Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of all store areas, including floors, shelves, restrooms, and common spaces.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Restock and organize cleaning supplies and ensure proper storage.
- Disinfect high-touch surfaces (e.g., door handles, counters, payment terminals) to uphold health and safety standards.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in accordance with company policies.
- Report maintenance issues or damages to management promptly.
- Assist with setting up displays or rearranging furniture as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or a similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift up to 10 kg, and stand for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
