Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming, to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- Sanitize and disinfect high-touch surfaces, restrooms, and dining areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Restock cleaning supplies and notify management when inventory is low.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring they are clean and ready for use.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain consistency and efficiency.
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure all areas of the venue are clean and presentable.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping, preferably in a hospitality or commercial setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
