Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of assigned areas, including offices, common spaces, restrooms, and outdoor areas.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, carpets, and upholstery to maintain a spotless environment.
- Empty and dispose of trash and recycling bins in a timely and hygienic manner.
- Replenish and restock cleaning supplies, such as soap, paper towels, and toiletries, as needed.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, including vacuum cleaners, floor polishers, and pressure washers.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow all health and safety protocols, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and protective gear.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a cleaner or in a similar role, preferably in commercial or hospitality settings.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks, such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, chemical handling, and safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Basic English communication skills to understand instructions and report issues.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends, as required.
