Responsibility
- Collect and dispose of rubbish from designated areas within the condominium premises.
- Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors in common areas, hallways, and facilities.
- Clean and maintain restrooms, ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies.
- Dust and wipe surfaces, including furniture, windowsills, and fixtures.
- Assist in the upkeep of outdoor areas, such as walkways, gardens, and poolside zones.
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly.
- Adhere to the assigned work schedule and report to the Guard House upon arrival.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is a plus but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Reliable and punctual, with a proactive approach to tasks.
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment (training provided).
- Good communication skills in English or Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to work part-time hours, including weekends or evenings if needed.
- Own transportation to the condominium is advantageous.
