Responsibility
- Perform routine inspections of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to identify and diagnose faults.
- Execute immediate repairs and handyman services for quick fixes, including carpentry, painting, and minor structural adjustments.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to extend the lifespan of equipment and facilities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inventory of tools and materials.
- Collaborate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or installations when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.
- Provide recommendations for upgrades or improvements to enhance facility efficiency and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in maintenance, facility management, or a related field, with a focus on M&E systems.
- Proven ability to perform handyman services, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical wiring, and mechanical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
- Basic computer skills for maintaining digital records and generating reports.
- Certification in a relevant trade (e.g., electrical, plumbing) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
