Responsibility
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization in compliance with food safety regulations
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menu items
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of all food items during service
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques
- Adhere to portion control and waste minimization guidelines
- Participate in regular menu planning and costing meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (SMA/SMK)
- At least 1 year of professional cooking experience in a restaurant or hotel
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and presentation
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
