Responsibility
- Perform a comprehensive range of professional facial and body treatments tailored to client needs.
- Provide expert skincare consultations and recommend customized treatment plans and home-care products.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness across all treatment rooms and equipment.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service.
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, advanced techniques, and product knowledge.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through professional upselling and service excellence.
- Provide attentive pre-and-post treatment care to ensure optimal client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience as a Beautician in a reputable spa or aesthetic clinic.
- Possess recognized beauty therapy certifications (e.g., CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, or WSQ Diploma).
- Strong proficiency in facial massage techniques and the operation of aesthetic machinery.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Well-groomed appearance with a positive, professional, and energetic attitude.
- Able to commit to a 9-hour shift pattern with an alternate 5 & 6-day work week.
- Passionate about the beauty industry and committed to continuous learning.
