Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks, to the highest standards.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a memorable experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, equipment, and service areas.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies, and restock as needed.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Educate customers about different coffee blends, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately using POS systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- In-depth knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, including manual and automatic brewing methods.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
