Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, and beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a memorable experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to deliver seamless service during peak hours.
- Stay updated on industry trends and introduce new drink concepts to enhance the menu.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the POS system efficiently.
- Uphold the venue’s standards of excellence in presentation, taste, and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-volume bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail preparation, and beverage pairing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse guests.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks during busy shifts.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling procedures.
- Creative mindset with a passion for crafting unique and visually appealing drinks.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, RSA) is a plus.
