Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, mocktails, and beverages with precision and creativity.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all guests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new drink menus and seasonal specials.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and manage inventory efficiently.
- Engage with guests, offering recommendations and personalized service.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.
- Uphold the bar’s reputation by delivering consistent quality and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask effectively.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Creative mindset with a passion for crafting unique drinks.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service is a plus.
