Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables with a professional demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, including special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure all guests are served with the highest standards of presentation.
- Provide detailed descriptions of menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and recommendations.
- Monitor guest needs and respond to requests in a timely, courteous manner.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle payments accurately, including cash, credit cards, and mobile transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-end restaurant, resort, or hotel (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and cocktail pairings.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Impeccable grooming and a professional appearance.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and splitting bills.
