Responsibility
- Provide attentive, personalized service to guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience from arrival to departure.
- Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders, including special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Serve dishes and drinks with professionalism, adhering to presentation and timing standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station, including tables, linens, and serviceware.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and high-quality service.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests with diplomacy and efficiency.
- Upsell menu items, promotions, or specials to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols to maintain a pristine dining environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-end restaurant, resort, or hotel.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, Japanese) are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- Excellent memory for orders, menu details, and guest preferences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Neat, well-groomed appearance with adherence to uniform standards.
- Basic knowledge of wine, cocktails, and food pairings is advantageous.
