Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, staff efficiency, and adherence to brand standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of F&B staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels, supplier relationships, and cost control to maximize profitability.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
- Maintain rigorous hygiene, safety, and compliance standards in alignment with local regulations.
- Analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to refine service offerings.
- Resolve guest complaints professionally and ensure high satisfaction ratings.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to curate menus that align with customer preferences and seasonal availability.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role in hospitality.
- Proven ability to manage P&L, budgets, and financial reporting for a restaurant or F&B outlet.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on team development and conflict resolution.
- Fluency in English (additional Indonesian language skills are a plus).
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Hands-on experience with POS systems, inventory management software, and reservation platforms.
