Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, latte, cappuccino, and specialty drinks, following standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance and cleanliness.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders, answering questions, and offering recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, equipment, and storage areas.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies, and notify management when restocking is needed.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Stay updated on coffee trends, brewing techniques, and new products to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 kg.
