Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, welcoming demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, making personalized recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Deliver orders promptly and efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and service.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns or special requests with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and timely delivery of dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including table settings, utensils, and condiments.
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions with integrity.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience and contribute to revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waitress or in a similar customer-facing role in hospitality.
- Fluent in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian or Balinese, are a plus).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to engage guests.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail in order accuracy, presentation, and guest needs.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business demands.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
