Responsibility
- Manage incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide accurate information about room types, rates, promotions, and hotel amenities to guests.
- Coordinate with front desk, housekeeping, and sales teams to ensure smooth check-ins and special requests.
- Handle guest inquiries, modifications, and cancellations while maintaining high service standards.
- Upsell additional services (e.g., spa, dining, tours) to enhance guest experiences and revenue.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, events, and transportation options to assist guests.
- Resolve booking discrepancies or complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Use property management systems (e.g., Opera PMS) to update reservations and generate reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, reservations, or customer service roles.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, French) are a plus.
- Strong communication skills with a guest-centric and detail-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation software (training provided for Accor systems).
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
- Passion for Bali’s culture and tourism industry is highly valued.
