Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages (espresso, latte, cappuccino, etc.) to the highest standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including grinders, espresso machines, and blenders.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, including food and beverage pairings.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and tracking usage.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Stay updated on coffee trends, brewing techniques, and new menu offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, milk steaming, and latte art.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn and improve.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude and team-player mentality.
