Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages (espresso, latte, cappuccino, etc.) to the highest standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including grinders, espresso machines, and blenders.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, including customizations and dietary preferences.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Educate customers about coffee origins, brewing methods, and menu recommendations.
- Handle cash transactions and manage the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role (preferred but not required).
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Passion for coffee and a desire to continuously improve your craft.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
