Responsibility

  • Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso, latte, cappuccino, and specialty drinks, adhering to established recipes and standards.
  • Operate and maintain coffee equipment, such as espresso machines, grinders, and blenders, ensuring they are clean and in optimal working condition.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns professionally.
  • Educate customers about different coffee blends, brewing methods, and menu options to enhance their experience.
  • Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies, and communicate restocking needs to the management team.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
  • Uphold hygiene and food safety standards in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Stay updated on the latest coffee trends, techniques, and equipment to continuously improve your craft.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a high-volume café or restaurant.
