Responsibility
- Oversee daily front desk and concierge operations to ensure smooth guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP guests, anticipating their needs and delivering personalized service.
- Monitor and enhance team productivity through training, performance reviews, and motivational leadership.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless service delivery across all departments.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities for excellence.
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, special requests, and operational logs using property management systems.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency in guest services and back-of-house operations.
- Represent the hotel at local events, networking functions, and community engagements to strengthen brand presence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a concierge, front office, or guest relations role within a 4- or 5-star hotel.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proven leadership ability with experience managing or mentoring a team in a hospitality setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Protel) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Deep knowledge of local attractions, dining, transportation, and cultural highlights in Bali.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
