Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and non-coffee beverages (hot and cold) according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance and hygiene.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries with professionalism.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and monitoring ingredient levels.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to enhance the customer experience.
- Follow company policies and procedures to uphold quality and consistency.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage recipes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
