Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, relaying them efficiently to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve dishes and drinks with attention to detail, adhering to presentation and timing standards.
- Monitor guest needs and respond to requests in a timely, courteous manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
- Handle payments and process transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Uphold company standards for hygiene, safety, and customer service excellence.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in waitstaff, floor service, or hospitality is a plus but not requiredātraining provided!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
