Responsibility
- Lead and manage the front office team, including receptionists, concierge, and guest services staff, to deliver 5-star service.
- Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency in service quality.
- Monitor and analyze guest feedback, addressing concerns promptly and implementing improvements to enhance satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Manage room inventory, rates, and overbooking situations while maximizing occupancy and revenue.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to uphold the hotelâs luxury service standards and brand values.
- Handle VIP guests, special requests, and high-profile reservations with discretion and excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in front office management within luxury hotels or resorts.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a multicultural team.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of PMS (Property Management Systems) such as Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
