Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and provide knowledgeable recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely delivery to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve meals and drinks with attention to detail, adhering to presentation and service standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and minimize wait times.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting tables, replenishing supplies, and assisting with side work.
- Process payments accurately, handling cash and digital transactions with integrity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Server or in a similar customer-facing role within hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and cocktail pairings.
