Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages following company standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and service area.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to enhance customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior barista experience is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, discipline, and ability to follow SOPs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
