Responsibility
- Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and desserts according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure all products meet the company's high-quality benchmarks for taste, texture, and presentation.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of baking ingredients and supplies, reporting shortages or issues promptly.
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a clean and sanitary workspace.
- Collaborate with the F&B team to develop new products and improve existing recipes.
- Operate and maintain baking equipment, ensuring it is clean and functional at all times.
- Assist in training new team members on baking techniques and company procedures.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment, supporting colleagues as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a baker or in a similar role within the F&B industry.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Ability to follow recipes precisely while also bringing creativity to the role.
