Responsibility

  • Oversee daily baking operations, ensuring consistency in product quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Manage dough preparation, proofing, frying, finishing, and topping processes to meet production standards.
  • Train and mentor baking staff to maintain high-quality output and efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and baking techniques to enhance product offerings.
  • Enforce food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations.
  • Collaborate with the F&B team to align baking production with customer demand and seasonal menus.
  • Conduct quality control checks and troubleshoot any issues in the baking process.

Qualifications
