Responsibility
- Provide attentive and courteous service to guests and residents, ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations.
- Communicate effectively in Mandarin to assist guests, take orders, and address any inquiries or special requests.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas, including table settings, decor, and equipment.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate any concerns to management for resolution.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance service skills and product knowledge.
- Support special events and functions, providing additional service as needed.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality or F&B.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in hospitality is advantageous.
