As a Baker at Mozmoji, you will play a pivotal role in preparing a variety of desserts and baked goods, ensuring each product meets our high standards of taste and presentation. Responsibility
- Prepare a wide range of desserts, pastries, and baked goods according to established recipes and guidelines.
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately to ensure consistency in taste and quality.
- Operate and maintain baking equipment, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing and creative manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards to maintain a sanitary kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and improve existing ones.
- Assist in training and guiding junior bakers or kitchen staff as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a baker or in a similar role, preferably in a professional kitchen or bakery.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions with precision and attention to detail.
