Responsibility
- Operate and monitor production equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure all manufacturing processes strictly adhere to cGMP and safety regulations.
- Perform real-time documentation of production logs and batch records with high accuracy.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to perform in-process quality checks and product sampling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace according to 5S and safety standards.
- Participate in shift handovers to ensure seamless operational continuity.
Qualifications
- Minimum Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in Pharma, Biotech, or Food/Beverage.
- Strong understanding of cGMP, GDP (Good Documentation Practice), and safety compliance.
- Ability to commit to 12-hour rotating shifts (day/night).
- Proficient in basic computer skills for data entry and electronic record keeping.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and work well within a cross-functional team.
