Responsibility
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure optimal performance and output quality.
- Conduct regular quality checks on products to verify adherence to established workmanship standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime.
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline production processes and improve efficiency.
- Document production data, including output metrics, defects, and maintenance activities.
- Assist in the setup and calibration of machinery for new production runs.
- Report any deviations or issues to supervisors and propose corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings.
- Proven ability to meet quality standards and attention to detail in fast-paced settings.
- Familiarity with production machinery, tools, and safety procedures.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
