Responsibility
- Assist in the daily production operations, including mixing, filling, and packaging of cosmetic products.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, reporting shortages or discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality control standards in all production activities.
- Operate and maintain production equipment, performing basic troubleshooting and reporting issues.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to conduct product inspections and tests.
- Maintain accurate production records, including batch logs, inventory reports, and equipment maintenance logs.
- Assist in the setup and cleanup of production areas to ensure a safe and organized workspace.
- Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in production or cosmetology is a plus.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in cosmetics or FMCG.
- Basic understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently in a team-oriented setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office) for record-keeping and reporting.
- Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) is an advantage.
