Responsibility
- Operational Leadership: Oversee end-to-end semiconductor manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to industry standards, safety protocols, and quality benchmarks.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in production workflows and implement data-driven solutions to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering collaboration and accountability across departments.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict compliance with local and international semiconductor manufacturing regulations, including ISO, OSHA, and industry-specific certifications.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Manage vendor relationships, inventory control, and logistics to maintain uninterrupted production cycles.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track KPIs (e.g., OEE, yield rates, cycle time) to measure operational success and drive continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and R&D teams to align operational goals with product innovation and customer demands.
- Budget Oversight: Develop and manage operational budgets, optimizing resource allocation without compromising quality or efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Masterâs degree or MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years in semiconductor manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role overseeing operations.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes, cleanroom protocols, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in high-pressure environments with a focus on operational excellence.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), MES, and production planning tools.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to diagnose operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills to liaise with global stakeholders, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
- Certifications: Preferred certifications in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Project Management (PMP).
