Responsibility
- Operate and maintain granulation and blending equipment to ensure optimal performance and output.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and good manufacturing practices (GMP) to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor production processes to identify and resolve any issues that may affect product quality or efficiency.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to prevent downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Document production activities, including batch records, equipment logs, and quality control data.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to conduct in-process testing and ensure product consistency.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on new technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, preferably in granulation and blending processes.
- Familiarity with GMP, GLP, and other regulatory guidelines.
- Strong technical skills and the ability to operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to changing production schedules.
