Responsibility
- Assist healthcare professionals in daily clinic operations, ensuring a seamless patient experience.
- Manage patient appointments, registrations, and medical records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide administrative support, including handling phone calls, emails, and clinic correspondence.
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring they are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assist with basic medical procedures and patient care under the supervision of healthcare providers.
- Educate patients on clinic policies, procedures, and post-visit care instructions.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain a high standard of patient care and clinic efficiency.
- Handle billing, insurance claims, and other financial transactions as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in Healthcare Assistance, Nursing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Proficiency in using medical software and basic office applications.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to healthcare.

- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
