Responsibility
- Lead and align cross-functional teams (e.g., clinical, administrative, logistics) to ensure operational efficiency and timely service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve patient care outcomes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate actionable insights to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, industry standards, and company policies across all departments.
- Optimize resource allocation, including staffing, budgets, and equipment, to maximize operational effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement through regular team assessments and feedback.
- Identify bottlenecks in workflows and implement process improvements to enhance scalability and service quality.
- Act as a liaison between senior management and frontline teams to communicate goals, challenges, and solutions effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the healthcare or medical sector.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
