Responsibility
- Oversee daily pharmaceutical production operations to ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and other regulatory standards.
- Supervise and train production staff, ensuring adherence to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and safety protocols.
- Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain high-quality output.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment, raw materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality control standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including QA/QC, R&D, and logistics, to streamline production workflows.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, including batch records, deviations, and corrective actions.
- Ensure timely completion of production schedules while meeting demand and delivery deadlines.
- Implement and enforce HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (S1 Farmasi) with a valid Pharmacist License (Apoteker) in Indonesia.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of GMP, GDP, and ISO standards for pharmaceutical production.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to train and mentor staff.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced production environment.
- Proficiency in production planning, inventory management, and quality control systems.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical machinery and automation tools is a plus.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
