Responsibility
- Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment to ensure smooth and efficient beverage manufacturing processes.
- Monitor production lines for quality control, identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime and waste.
- Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and hygiene standards to maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, logistics, and engineering, to support production goals.
- Document production data, including output, defects, and maintenance activities, to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Assist in training new team members on equipment operation, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements and efficiency upgrades.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in manufacturing, mechanical, or electrical fields is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a production, manufacturing, or technical role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, with the ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in production.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow instructions, and meet production targets.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 kg, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends, as required by production schedules.
