Responsibility
- Assist engineers in evaluating production processes and product quality to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Perform assembly, testing, and inspection of products to identify defects or areas for improvement.
- Implement and maintain standardization measures to enhance efficiency and consistency in manufacturing.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in production lines and propose effective solutions.
- Document and report findings, including process deviations, quality control results, and improvement recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and reduce production downtime.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace in accordance with company policies.
- Participate in continuous training and development programs to stay updated on industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational training in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production, assembly, or quality control within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical skills, including the ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve production issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal) to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
