Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and routine maintenance checklists to uphold product quality.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and perform basic repairs to keep production lines running smoothly.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to conduct inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Document production data, including output levels, equipment performance, and any deviations from standards.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and participate in regular safety training sessions.
- Support inventory management by tracking raw materials and finished goods.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational training in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to operate and maintain production machinery.
- Familiarity with quality control processes and industry regulations.
