Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the Collection, Processing & Packaging Centre (CPPC), ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and KPIs to optimize productivity and reduce costs.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and distribution teams to ensure seamless supply chain integration.
- Monitor inventory levels, production schedules, and resource allocation to meet demand and minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including food safety, environmental, and labor standards.
- Analyze performance metrics and data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with senior management to align operational strategies with business objectives and growth plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in agribusiness, manufacturing, or logistics.
- Proven track record of managing processing or packaging facilities with a focus on efficiency and quality control.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with ERP, WMS, or production management software is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
